The program for November Club Day focused on the new exhibit at the Westport Historical Society that envisions the Town of Westport 50 years from now. Michael Mombello, one of the organizers of the exhibit, presented the overall view of the architectural evolution of our town in 50 years.
Club member, Vesna Juresko Herman, presented the architectural transformation of a single family house in Westport from 1700 through the present time, with a close look into the future. She discussed the longitudinal changes in the chaaracter and shape of the house in the context of advanced technologies, developments of new materials and environmental forces.
